WOMEN IN TRUCKING NAMES JESSICA DOTSON TO 2025 TOP WOMEN TO WATCH IN TRANSPORTATION

April 2, 2025 – The Women in Trucking Association (WIT) recently announced its 2025 Top Women to Watch in Transportation.  Finalists for Top Women to Watch are selected by the editorial staff of Redefining the Road based upon a combination of their accomplishments over the prior 18 months and their character. Jessica Dotson, Business Development Director at Multi Service Fuel Card was one of 74 women selected for this honor in 2025.

Jessica plays a crucial role in sustaining, growing and guiding the vision of Multi Service Fuel Card. She has spent her career diving deep into different facets of the industry from back-office shipping to brokering, factoring and fuel cards – always advocating for drivers. As the co-owner of Dotson Transportation LLC, she has first-hand understanding of gaps in processes, communication and support for drivers and is committed to bringing solutions to market that support the well-being of truck drivers and the broader trucking community.

In her six years at Multi Service Fuel Card, she’s developed the company’s account management function responsible for building trust, loyalty and advocacy among cardholders, and is currently building an entirely new business development department.

In her first 18 months in the role of Business Development Director, Jessica has generated a new pipeline of customers for Multi Service Fuel Card by forging meaningful relationships across the industry. In 2024, as a first-year member of the Women in Trucking Foundation board of directors, Jessica has raised significant funds to help women in the industry and has since been appointed to vice-chair for her 2025 term. Appearing on various podcasts such as What the Truck?!?, Freight Nation and 2 Dawgs, 1 Pod, Jessica is a consummate trucking industry professional consistently advocating for drivers.

This month, Jessica will host a panel at the Broker Carrier Summit. Together with Jayme Anderson, Lonnie Hickey, Gretchen Long and Vickie Robers, they will discuss how to maximize operating ratio as a small trucking company and owner operator.
