Fuel Planning
Simplify fuel planning with the Multi Service Fuel Card fleet fuel discount app. Input the start and end points for your route and then choose to review all truck stops along that route or to have the app suggest stops and provide visibility to the truck stops in those areas. Designed for use on your mobile device, the app leverages stored Truck Profiles, current fuel levels and a preferred stop radius to project stops along your route so you can optimize every fuel purchase with ease.
ONE-TIME PIN
One-Time PIN provides an extra layer of security to protect your account from fuel card skimming. This dynamic PIN is generated through the fuel card mobile app at the time of purchase, either by the driver at the pump or by a fleet manager selecting the appropriate card and requesting a PIN. Simply enter your One-Time PIN when prompted at the pump to securely complete your transaction while preventing fuel card skimming.
Card Management
Account administrators can easily activate, deactivate, and order cards directly from your account. The Multi Service Fuel Card mobile app makes it simple to manage everything with just a click.
Custom Truck Profiles
Customize your Multi Service Fuel Card mobile app experience by storing a profile for each of your trucks. Designate your fuel capacity, average miles per gallon, search radius, preferred fuel type, and specific amenity requirements for future truck stop searches.
Amenity Filters
Narrow your truck stop options based on the amenities you need at each stop. Select Fuel Types, Scales, Tire Repair services, etc. Or, if you are stopping for the night, narrow your search to locations with Lighted Parking, Restaurants, Showers, etc.
Multi Service Fuel Card Mobile App FAQs
- Search for "Multi Service Fuel Card" in your app store, download, and open the app.
- Click "Create an Account" and enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email. Then, create a Password.
Already use the MSFleet Portal? Just open the app and log in with your MSFleet Portal username and password.
Once logged in, you’ll be asked if you have a Multi Service Fuel Card account to link. Cardholders gain access to additional features in the fuel card mobile app. Don’t have a card yet? You can apply for one or continue as a "Free Agent" to check out merchant locations and fuel pricing.
There are a number of features available to drivers on the mobile app that are enhanced by connecting their user profile to the fleet’s account.
Multi Service Fuel Card cardholders have unique pricing associated with their accounts that can only be displayed on mobile once you've connected a card to your profile.
Additionally, the app provides cardholders with quick access to our 24/7/365 Customer Service team and additional features such as money products and mobile authorization to come in upcoming releases.
It's simple! Have them download the app, identify that they are an existing cardholder, and enter their card details into the app. You will receive an approval request and can assign their role.

While the Multi Service Fuel Card is accepted at more than 8,900 truck stop locations nationwide, the mobile app reports pricing for approximately 6,500 truck stops. The purpose of the mobile app is to provide users with additional visibility into fuel costs and truck stop amenities. The Multi Service Fuel Card app obtains pricing data from multiple sources to ensure prices have been updated within the last 48 hours.

One-Time PIN is an enhanced method to protect against fraud at the pump. A new PIN is generated on-the-fly when the One-Time PIN feature is selected within the mobile app. Because these PINs are randomly generated, they are more secure than a traditional static PIN saved within a user profile. A new PIN is generated every 2 minutes within the app.
Yes, One-Time PIN works without a Wi-Fi or data connection.
Yes, One-Time PIN works even if the driver is out of cellular range.

An account can either be set up for One-Time PIN or Static PIN. If your account previously utilized Static PIN, we recommend updating your account to use One-Time PIN. To make the change, reach out to customer service at (877) 673-5338.
Some fleets choose to have an administrator or manager generate PINs for their users. This would require the driver to request a PIN from their central office at the time of their transaction. The PIN can then be communicated over the phone or via text message to the driver, who will leverage the PIN at the pump.
The One-Time PIN feature is set up at the account level and will apply to all cards within an account. It cannot be selected for a subset of cards within an account.
