Yes. There are a variety of ways a customer can save money when purchasing fuel with a Multi Service Fuel Card. Accepting truck stops treat the Multi Service Fuel Card much like paying with cash and offer a “cash price” at the pump. Beyond that, we have negotiated an additional discount structure with a number of merchants for which all Multi Service Fuel Card customers are eligible.

Each account utilizing the Multi Service Fuel Card is also assigned a dedicated account manager, who can work with you to tailor a fuel program that maximizes savings based upon your fleet needs and fueling preferences.

We report credit activity to the National Association of Credit Management (NACM), an organization that assists businesses in making informed credit decisions. Reporting credit activity to NACM benefits our customers by helping them establish and maintain strong credit profiles, which can be helpful for future credit applications. Additionally, it assists other businesses in making informed credit decisions when considering collaboration with our customers.

Over the road fuel card customer with an unsecured or secured line of credit can access cash directly with their fuel card or via InstaMoney checks, which are issued to all accounts upon request. The amount of cash available to fleets is dependent upon the size of credit line. There may be fees associated with cash withdrawals.

The local, mixed fleet fuel card program does not provide cash options.

Multi Service Fuel Card allows for a wide range of products to be purchased at truck stops. Fleet card customers have the ability to restrict purchases of ancillary products through purchase controls located on the Multi Service Fuel Card platform.

We constantly monitor for fraudulent activity on behalf of our customers. Our platform provides multiple security prompts for each account, adding extra layers of security. 

Additionally, fleet customers can receive real-time transaction alerts. The Multi Service Fuel Card can be activated or deactivated through our mobile app or fuel card platform. And a variety of purchasing controls can be managed through the online portal. Cards can also be added to a variety of mobile payment solutions for additional security at the pump.

We provide three different types of credit lines: unsecured, secured, and prepaid.

Unsecured business credit lines do not require collateral and are solely based on the creditworthiness of your fleet.

On the other hand, secured credit lines are supported by a monetary deposit.
