To get started, download the mobile app to your own device, create a username and password, and add your Multi Service Fuel Card to your profile.

You'll have the ability to start using general app features while you wait for your fleet manager to confirm your fuel card.

Learn More About Each Feature

Load a profile for each of your trucks into your Multi Service Fuel Card mobile app. This area allows you to set the fuel capacity and average miles per gallon of each vehicle you drive. It also allows you to set your general truck stop search radius, fuel type and amenity requirements for each profile.

Under the Main Menu, select ‘Truck Profiles.’ From here, you can ‘Edit’ an existing profile or ‘Add New Truck.’ Provide a Nickname for each power unit, then drag to set the average MPG, Tank Capacity and Truck Stop Search Radius. Finally, identify the fuel requirements for the vehicle and click ‘Save.’

When Fuel Planning, you will be able to select a saved truck profile and the app will estimate your next fuel location for you.

The Multi Service Fuel Card mobile app can help predict your next fuel location. Select 'Plan' from the shortcut menu or 'Fuel Planning' from the home screen.

Begin your route by selecting your Current Location or inputting a new Starting Point and Destination. Then click "Next."

Select or Add a Truck Profile for the power unit you will be utilizing on this trip and tell us how many gallons are left in your vehicle.

Select 'View Stops' and the app will predict the next fuel stop along your route. Select a green stop marker to view the truck stops in that area. View locations in the Map or in a List. By clicking the 'Filter' icon, you can adjust the sort order of your locations and filter by fuel types available and amenities.

Finally, select your truck stop and request Directions. Your default map application will open to route you.

Search for Multi Service Fuel Card in your app store and download. Click 'Create an account' and enter your First Name, Last Name and Email Address. Click 'Next' and create a Password when prompted.

Next, the app will ask you if you have a Multi Service Fuel Card to load into your account. Loading a card into your account provides access to additional accountholder-only features in the app. If you do not already have a Multi Service Fuel Card, you can apply for an account or continue as a 'Free Agent' to browse merchant locations and view posted pricing.

There are a number of features available to drivers on the mobile app that are enhanced by connecting their user profile to the fleet’s account.

Multi Service Fuel Card cardholders have unique pricing associated with their accounts that can only be displayed on mobile once you've connected a card to your profile.

Additionally, the app provides cardholders with quick access to our 24/7/365 Customer Support team and additional features such as money products and mobile authorization to come in upcoming releases.

One-Time PIN is an enhanced method to protect against fraud at the pump. A new PIN is generated on-the-fly when the One-Time PIN feature is selected within the mobile app. Because these PINs are randomly generated, they are more secure than a traditional static PIN saved within a user profile. A new PIN is generated every 2 minutes within the app.

Yes, One-Time PIN works without a Wi-Fi or data connection.

Yes, One-Time PIN works even if the driver is out of cellular range.

While the Multi Service Fuel Card is accepted at more than 8,900 truck stop locations nationwide, the mobile app reports pricing for approximately 6,500 truck stops. The purpose of the mobile app is to provide users with additional visibility into fuel costs and truck stop amenities. The Multi Service Fuel Card app obtains pricing data from multiple sources to ensure prices have been updated within the last 48 hours.
